Comfort and support - Felt comfortable right out of the box. No break-in time. Did feel a bit loose, but I use orthotics so the shoe does have room for them if you wear them. The shoe is a good solid walking shoe, very comfortable to stand in. I teach and am on my feet all day. They look fine with pants and jeans, and not bad with tights and knee length skirts. I have them in brown.
