Beware the Squeak. It is like one of those movie villains that won\'t die. I inherited an old 90\'s vintage pair from my son who had outgrown them and liked them so much I bought a new pair. Same old school style, but the new ones (both shoes nonetheless) have a loud, annoying squeak that is not endearing to the human ear and some species of canine. On the positive side, they should last a long time given the horror of wearing them.
