At the age of 53 I wore these to Costa Rica and walked in them for 9 days straight to avoid checking luggage. I can't wear many styles because I have some foot problems which surgery failed to correct prior to that trip, including a bone spur on the ball of one foot; but I had no problems or pain. I have one other pair and I'm ordering another pair in case Clarks discontinues this style in the future. I also find Columbia Altamont, Nevis and Tango to be very comfortable sandals; they are very different in style but worth trying if you have difficult feet.
